Couple's Pass - $60
- includes 2 tickets to each of the 2019 season shows (8 tickets total).
Family Pass - $120
- include 4 tickets to each of the 2019 season shows (16 tickets total).
This year's included events:
- Art Knows No Boundaries V - March 1st & 2nd
- Jukebox Jam! - May 17th & 19th
- The Monster Bash - October TBD
- Thrive's 1st Annual Holiday Spectacular - December TBD
Recieving Your Pass
Within 3 business days you will receive an email (to the email you purchased the pass with) asking you to claim your discount. You MUST complete this in order to activate your season pass. When you click to claim your discount, you will be prompted to either sign in to your Ticketleap account, or create one if you don't have one already. You MUST have a Ticketleap account to use your pass.
After you have completed this confirmation, a discount credit will be applied to your Ticketleap account using your email. When purchasing tickets for shows, you can access these tickets.
Passes are 100% electronic and operate through your Ticketleap account
How to Use Your Pass
The pass will appear where you usually enter a promo/discount code as well as under the “My Discounts” tab of your Ticketleap account. When you want to use your pass, follow the ticket purchase process as you normally would. At checkout, select your season pass from the discount dropdown menu. Applicable tickets in your cart will become $0.00.
Important: Purchasing a season pass still requires you to "purchase" or reserve your tickets for each show. You are NOT entitled to a refund for shows you cannot attend or any unused tickets. You are NOT guaranteed tickets to sold out events if you failed to reserve your seats prior to. There are NO REFUNDS for season passes or tickets to THRIVE shows.
